One existing, registered NSW residential house or strata property, with individual clients, ordinary contract terms and one settlement.

Is the $995 the total cost?
It is the professional legal fee, including GST, for a standard matter. PEXA, NSW Land Registry, certificates, searches and other third-party outlays are additional and itemised at cost.
Can everything be handled online?
Most standard NSW residential conveyancing can be progressed remotely using email, telephone, electronic signing, identity verification and electronic settlement. We will tell you if an in-person step is needed.
How quickly can you review a contract?
The standard review service targets delivery within one business day after the contract, instructions and payment are received. Same-business-day urgent reviews are subject to availability.
Does the fee cover off-the-plan or SMSF purchases?
No. Off-the-plan, unregistered land, SMSF, trust, company, foreign-purchaser and other complex matters require a separate written quote.
