What is included

More than form-filling.

For a standard complete plan we discuss your family, assets, superannuation, executor and attorney choices, guardians for minor children, beneficiary arrangements and potential claim or asset-protection issues.

The complete plan also includes an Advance Care Directive so your future treatment wishes can be recorded alongside your enduring appointments. Particular medical treatment choices should be discussed with your treating health practitioner where appropriate.

We prepare the agreed documents, make reasonable drafting amendments, conduct the execution conference and can retain originals in safe custody.

Tailored planning

When a standard package is not enough.

01

Family and claim risk

Blended families, estrangement, former spouses, dependency issues or a likely family provision claim may need tailored drafting and evidence.

02

Asset protection

Testamentary discretionary trusts may be considered where beneficiaries face relationship, creditor, professional or vulnerability risks.

03

Structures outside the Will

SMSFs, family trusts, companies, jointly owned property and overseas assets may require separate succession and control planning.

Advance Care Directive

Coordinate legal and medical planning.

In NSW, an Advance Care Directive records wishes about future health care. There is no single mandatory form. Detailed medical treatment choices should be considered with your doctor or health professional; we can help coordinate that planning with an Enduring Guardian appointment.
